Since tailcone is not attached to the fuselage per this date Steps 1 & 2 Tail Stand and removal of seats and baggage bulkhead was not necessary. Fabricated platform sections from 3/4" plywood to protect the skins between the stiffeners per figure 1 in the reference service bulletin.

Steps 4 and 5 Deburred, alumipreped, alodined, and primed all F-12183 clips. Inspected the lower tailcone skin for cracks, especially near the F-1208, F-1209, and F-1210 bulkheads, no indication of cracks existed. Skipped Step 6 due to no cracks found.

Step 7 - 15: Removed rivets in the skins per figure 4 of the service bulletin at the F-1208 and F-1209 and F-1210 bulkheads only removing the three forward rivets. When removing the center forward rivet in the skin of the F-1209 bulkhead, the hole was ovaled. Removed the rivets in the F-1208, F-1209, F-1210 bulkheads as showing in Figure 5. Located the F-12183A & B identified by the two .063" holes in the web and riveted the lower hole through the F-12183A, F-1208, and F-12183B using an LP4-3. Cleco'ed the clips into place and instlled LP4-3 rivets into the remaining holes. Located the F-12183C & D identified by the one .063" holes in the web and followed the same procedure using LP4-3 rivets except for the forward middle hole called out above. Drilled a clean #21 hole and installed one BSPQ-5-2 rivet. Located the F-12183E identified by no holes in the web and followed the same procedure using LP4-3 rivets.

Printed a copy of the Service Bulletin to include in the maintenance manual. Complied with Service Document SB00053 this 3/12/2022.
