Brief Description: Started disassembly of Servo Motor for Service Dir
Verified ES MSTS-B6-7T-165 Motor installed and F-1287A-1 Servo Tray already installed with Kit.
Step 1 skipped due to tailcone fairing not installed yet. Inspected the threaded portion of the trim motor shaft. No bend was identified. Disconnected the trim motor electrical connector. Skipped step 4 since proper tray is already installed. Removed the trim servo from tray and the clevis rod end, set aside the AN315-3R nut. Removed the clevis rod from the Trim/Servo Pushrod Assembly.
Using the latest KAI section 11iS/U-07 downloaded from the Van's Store on 3/13/2022 installed the BUSH-BS.188X.313X.222 and clevis rod end onto the ES MSTS-B6-7T-165 Trim Motor Shaft including Loctite 271 Red Thread Locker. Set aside to dry.
