Temporarily screwed the F-01229A and F-01229-1 to the baggage floor in the four places corner holes per figure Figure 2 reference page. Ensured that the bottom of the fuel tank was seated fully down and forward, then match-drilled #12 the screw hole in the F-01227 into the F-01229A and F-01229-1. Removed the F-01229-1 and F-01229A deburred and match-drilled #40 the nutplate rivet holes into both parts for a K1000-3, then deburr the holes. Machine countersunk the F-01229A for the nutplate attach rivets, dimpled the F-01229-1 and F-01229A for the other two flush rivets, then riveted the two parts and K1000-3 nutplate together.
