Brief Description:  Finish Rudder Pedals and Run Brake Lines

Removed the lower halves of the F-1235A & B Rudder Pedal Blocks and slid the whole Rudder Pedal Assembly into position in the fuselage per figure 4 page 28iS/U-03. Secured the Rudder Pedal Assembly to the F-01201B-1 Firewall Shelf and the three F-01257-1 Rudder Pedal Support Channels using 6 AN3-22A bolts, 6 NAS1149F0332P Washers, and 6 NAS1149F0363P washers per figure 4 same page.

Threaded the brass elbows 2 each F 69-F-04X02 and F 63-PT3-25 per figure 1 page 28iS/U-04 into the ports of the master cylinders as shown using Permatex #2 thread sealant. Assembled the F-1289B-L & -R Cross-Over Brake Lines and connected them to their corresponding elbows as shown in figure 1. F-1289B-R made from 37 inches of PT-062x1/4 and F-1289B-L made from 36 inches of PT-062X1/4.

Riveted the F-12103-1 Tunnel Brace to the fuselage tunnel per figure 2 using 7 LP4-3 rivets. Installed two HW-00023 Cable Tie Standoffs in the F-12103-1 Tunnel Brace Flange per same figure. Attached the F-01276C-1 System Blocks and F-01276E System Block Stiffeners to the screws in the F-01276-1 Bottom Skin as shown in figure 2 same page.

Made two F-01289C-1 from 94 inches of PT-062x1/4 and ran them from the center section bulkhead to the brake master cylinders on the left side of the fuselage, installed compression fittings at the aft end of the main brake lines. Then routed the main brake lines forward through the F-01276C-1 System Blocks and secured with a tie wrap to the right side of the HW-00023 in the F-12103-1. Then to the left side master cylinders marked both left and right respectively per figure 2.

Made F-1289A-L from 33 inches of PT-062x1/4 and F-1289A-R from 31 3/4inches of PT-062x1/4. Secured those per figure 1 page 28iS/U-05 to the top of the right side master cylinders.
