Fabricated the F-12127A with a straightened 42 1/2in piece of ATO-035x3/8 tubing and starting with the tank end made the 89 degree bend per figure 3 page 27iS-07 then place nut and sleeve AN818-6D and AN819-6D and then flared the end of the tube. Fed the bypass end forward through the snap bushings shown in figure 1 same page to the bypass fitting assembly. Attached the F-12127A to the FLF-00017 as in figure 1 and routed in the indents of the F-01276C-1's per same figure. Marked the forward end of the F-12127A at the end of the AN816 fitting in the bypass fitting assembly adding 2.5mm to allow for the flare per figure 2 same page. Dettached the F-12127A from the FLF-00017 and slid tube back to cut off excess then slid back to Bypass Fitting Assembly, added nut and sleeve and flared the end. Attached to the Bypass Fitting after blowing out the tube with compressed air. Reattached to the FLF-00017 also.

Straightened 84 27/32in piece of ATO-035x3/8 tube. Fabricated the F-12127D Main Filter to Bypass Fitting Fuel Line starting at the filter end with a 25 degree bend per figure 2 page 27iS-08 and added a sleeve and nut. Using figure 2 same page marked the start of the 88.2 degree bend and made the bend per view A-A and figure 1 page 27iS-09. Following figure 2 page 27iS-09 made the 37, 45, and 90 degree bends Marked the snap bushing location for reference. Fed the tube forward through the snap bushings to the Bypass Fitting Assembly. Placed a nut and sleeve over the forward end of the tube and flared the forward end. Attached the F-12127D to the Bypass Fitting Assembly as shown in figure 1 27iS-08 aligned with Systems Blocks. Attached to the F-01207D-L-1 with MS21919DG6 clamp, AN525-10R7 screw, and MS21042-3 nut per figure 1.
