Installed 2 AN816-6D and 1 AN825-6D fittings into FLF-00014 per figure 1 page 27iS-02 using Permatex #2 thread sealant creating the Bypass Fitting Assembly. Installed 2 AN816-6D, 1 CAV-110, and 1 F 1/4 PIPE Plug into the FLF-00013 as shown in figure 2 same page using Permatex #2 thread sealant creating the Fuel Drain Assembly. Installed 2 AN837-6D fluid fittings, the F-12129, and 2 AN924-6D nuts per figure 3 same page. Used Fuel tank sealant between the AN837 Union Bulkhead Fittings and the Firewall.
Drilled 1/4 the Fuel Valve 4161089 handle per the dimensions given in figure 4 same page. Installed two AN816-6D fluid fittings through the F-12108A and into the fuel valve per figure 5 same page. Riveted the F-12108B using 3 LP4-3 rivets per figure 5 creating the Fuel Valve Bracket Assembly.
Installed the VA-265 and the T-01233 per figure 3 page 27iS-04 as described in Section 26iS/U.
Fabricated F-12127B by straightening 30 9/32in of ATO-035x3/8 tubing. Then made two shallow bends 10 degrees each and an 82 degree bend per figure 2 page 27iS-05. Fed the F-1217B through the snap bushing shown in figure 1 same page and slid the tube aft.
Straighted 30 1/4in of ATO-035x3/8 tubing to fabricate the F-12127C by making 2 10 degree shallow bends and a 78 degree bend per figure 2 and View A-A page 27iS-06. Fed the tube through the HW-00014 and aft.
