Brief Description: Completing the Rollbar Assembly and Braces
With the Roll Bar Assembly still cleco'ed to the fwd face of the F-1231D's, cleco'ed the Roll Bar Support Assemblies to the Roll Bar Assembly and the F-01234-L-1 & -R-1 per figure 1 reference page. Used a Mallet to ensure Roll Bar Assembly was fully seated against the forward face of the F-1231D's.
Match drilled #30 the 12 holes in the sides of the Roll Bar Assembly into the F-1231D's. Removed, deburred, touched up primer, and reattached the F-1231D's to the F-01205B-L-1 & -R-1. Cleco'ed then riveted the Roll Bar Assembly to the F-1231D's per the call-outs in figure 1 same page using LP4-4 rivets. Riveted the Roll Bar Support Assemblies to the Roll Bar Assembly and to the F-01234-L-1 & -R-1 per figure 1 using LP4-3 and CS4-4 rivets.
Tightened the bolts securing the F-1231D's. Final drilled #19 the two indicated holes in the aft flange of the F-01224-L-1 Baggage Floor per figure 1.
