Brief Description: Completion of Section 24iS/U-05-06
Marked a line on the fwd face of the F-1284-L & -R per dimenions in figure 1 detailed view page 24iS/U-05. Cleco'ed the F-01207C-L-1 & -R-1 to the Tailcone assembly per figure 1 same page. Centered the lines marked in the two indicated holes in F-01207C-L-1 & -R-1 and clamped in place. Match-drilled #30 from the F-01207C-L-1 & -R-1 into the corresponding F-1284-L & -R per same figure. Removed and deburred. Riveted the ES-00301 onto the L-01207C-L-1 using 1 LP4-5 and 1 NAS1149FN432P per figure 1 same page. Final Drilled #19 the two holes in the F-01207C-L-1 per same figure.
Cleco'ed the F-12110 to the aft face of the F-01207C-L-1 per figure 1 page 24iS/U-06 and match drilled #30 the five holes in the F-12110 into the F-01207C-L-1 per same figure. Removed and deburred then riveted the F-12110 to the F-01207C-1 using LP4-3 rivets. Dimpled the nutplate attachment holes in the F-12111A-L & -R for AN426 rivets. Separated the F-12111C into 2 parts then machine countersunk AN426 rivets per figure 2 same page. Riveted the 2 F-12111C's and then the F-12111B to the F-12111A-L & -R per figure 2 creating the Fuel Pump Bracket Assembly and then riveted the bottom K1000-08D nutplates using AN426AD3-3.5 rivets. Inserted the tabs at the top of the Fuel Pump Bracket Assembly into the slots in the F-12110 and secured the bottom of the Fuel Pump Bracket Assembly to the F-1207C-L-1 using #8-32 screws per figure 3. Match drilled the four remaining nutplate screw holes in the flanges of the Fuel Pump Assembly into the F-01207C-L-1 per same figure. Removed, deburred. Riveted the 4 K1000-08D to the flanges of the Fuel Pump Bracket Assembly using AN426AN3-3.5 rivets.
Filled the two indicated holes in the F-01207C-R-1 with LP4-3 Rivets per figure 4 same page.
