Brief Description: Complete section 23iS Side Skins
Removed the hinge pin from AN257-P4 and fabricated two F-12117-1's at 10" or 25.4CM per figure 1 reference page. Fabricated two F-1201W from AS3-020 aluminum sheet per dimensions 25.4cm by 13/5mm per figure 2 same page. Clamped F-1201W and F-12117-1 together with the top and aft edges flush to each other. Marked guide hole as described in figure 3 same page then center punched and drilled #30 in both sets of clamped parts. Separated and deburred, then cleco'ed the F-1201W-R and F-12117-1 to the fuselage as shown in figure 4 same page, aligning the aft edge of F-1201W-R and F-12117-1 parallel to the face of F-01201C-1 and clamped in place. Repeated for the F-1201W-L and F-12117-1 for the left side of the fuselage.
Match-drilled #30 the F-12117-1s and F-1201W-R & -L to the fuselage per figure 4 same page and installed cleco after each hole drilled to maintain alignment. Separated and deburred then re-cleco'ed and riveted the F-1201W-R & -L and the F-12117-1s to the fuselage per figure 4 using LP4-3 rivets.
