Continued riveting the F-01270-L-1 & -R-1, F01270A-1 and F-1270D-L & -R, F-01255-L-1 & -R-1, F-01205B-L-1 & -R-1, and F-01234-L-1 & -R-1 to the fuselage with non-CherryMAX rivets called out in figure 1 page 23iS/U-10.
Separated the F-1256-L & -R, filed and deburred. Riveted the F-1256-L & R to F-1270-L-1 & -R-1 using LP4-3 rivets.
Separated F-1086 into F-1086A & B parts per figure 1 page 23iS/U-08. Separated F-1087 into F-1087A & B parts per figure 2 same page.
Cleco'ed together, then final drilled #40 all common holes in F-1087A, F-1087B, F-1092, and F-1093 per figure 3 same page. Deburred. Machine countersunk #40 the holes in F-1093 for flush rivets on the outboard side of the aircraft. Filed the edges of the slot smooth in the F-1087A and F-1087B verifying the smooth movement of an AN525-10R7 screw. Riveted the parts together to make two Vent Door Subassemblies per figure 3 same page.
Machine countersunk one side of the VENT-00004 VENT KNOBs for SCREW #4-40X3/8 SMS. Inserted the tab portion of the Vent Door Subassemblies fully into the slot of the VENT-00004s centered on the tab, oriented the countersunk hole towards the bottom per figure 4 same page. Match Drilled #43 the Vent Door Subassembly using the hole in the VENT-00004. Tapped 4-40 the VENT-00004 and Vent Door Subassembly. Removed VENT-00004 from the Subassembly.
