Manually bent the F-1231B & C to assist with the assembly of the rollbar. Deburred the edges of all rollbar parts and cleco'ed the F-1231A-FL, F-1231B, F-1231C, F-1231E, F-1231A-FR, F-1231A-AR, and F-1231A-AL per figure 2 reference page. Cleco'ed the C-01213A to the F-1231A-FR & -FL.
Broke the edges of the F-1231D Roll Bar Bases with a file and applied BoeLube to the outside faces and edges of the F-1231D's per figure 1 same page. Bolted the F-1231D's to the F-01205B-L-1 & -R-1 as shown in Figure 1. Cleco'ed the Roll Bar Assembly to the fwd face of the F-1231D's per figure 1 same page. Ensured Roll Bar Assembly was fully seated against the F-1231D's. Final Drilled #30 all #40 holes in the top flanges of the F-1231A-FL, -FR, -AL, & -AR and the F-1231B & C.
