Brief Description:  Continuing the Upper Fwd Fuselage

Separated the F-1202M per figure 1 page 29iS/U-05 into -L & -R parts. Separated the F-1201Q-L-1 and F-1201Q-R-1 per figure 2 same page. Filed and deburred parts. Machine countersunk #40 the nutplate attach holes in the F-1201Q-L-1 & R-1 per same figure. Riveted 1 each a K1000-3 using AN426AD3-4 to the F-01201Q-L-1 & -R-1 per same figure. Separated the F-1202D into -L & -R parts, filed and deburred. Dimpled the F-01202D-L & -R nutplate attach holes per figure 3 same page. Separated the F-01202C per figure 4 same page into -L & -R parts. Filed and deburred. Dimpled the rivet hole in the F-01202C-L per same figure.

Cut two pieces of AA6-125X1X1 angle and marked the centerline per figure 1 page 29iS/U-06. Fabricated 2 F-1202Y parts by match drilling the holes in the F-1202H-L & -R into the angles per figure 2 same page by aligning the centerline marks with the nutplate screw holes and ensuring the bottom surfaces were in the same plane. This created F-1202Y-L & -R, Strut Attach Angles.

Machine countersunk the rivet holes in the F-1202M-L & -R flush on the outboard side corresponding to the web of the F01202H-L & -R. Machine countersunk #40 the rivet holes in the upper and aft flanges of the F-1202H-L & -R. Dimpled the rivet holes in the web of the F-1202H-L & -R that correspond to the F-1202M-L & -R flush outboard. Final drilled #17, deburred, then dimpled the nutplate screw holes in the upper flanges of the F1202H-L & -R Cleco'ed the F-1202M-L and F-1202Y-L to the F-1202H-L and repeated for -R parts. Final drilled 1/4 the forward nutplate screw holes per figure 2 same page. Removed cleco's, deburred, re-cleco'ed. Riveted the F-1202M-L, F-1202Y-L and 6 K1100-08, 2 K1000-4, and 1 K1000-06 using rivets called out in same figure and repeated for the -R parts. This created the left and right Canopy Rib Assemblies.
