Brief Description: Completing the Flaperon Mixer Arm
Separated the F-01219-1 into F-01219B-1 and F--01219BA-1 parts, filed and deburred.
Riveted the two F-1218 to F-1220A and F-1220B using LP4-3 rivets per figure 5. Machine countersunk #40 the nutplate attach rivet holes in the F-01219A-1 then attached 2 MK1000-428 nutplates using 2 each AN426AD3-3.5 rivets.
Following figure 5 reference page applied grease to washers and bolts then bolted together the Flaperon mixer arm assembly using first 1 AN4-21, 2 NAS1149F0463P, 2 AN970-4, Bushing AL .259x.375x1.25, 2 NAS1149F0432P, 1 AN310-4, and 1 MS24665-208. Second 1 AN4-21A, 1 NAS1149F0463P, 1 Bushing AL .259x.375x1.538. The first bolt was tightened just enough to remove slop/play but still allow freedom of rotation.
