Machine countersunk #40 the holes in the F-12107A per figure 3 reference page. Riveted together the F-12107A, F-12107B, and the F-12107C using LP4-3, 4 K1000-08 nutplates riveted per the figure using AN426AD3-3 and AN426AD3-3.5 rivets as shown in the same figure. This creates the ELT Bracket Assembly.
Cleco'ed the ELT Bracket Assembly to the F-01223-R-1 and the F-01222-R-1 per figure 4 and then riveted it with LP4-3 per the same figure.
Separated the F-12102AB into 1 F-12102A-L, 1 F-12102A-R, and 6 F-12102B's, filed and deburred.
Dimpled the #30 and #40 holes in the F-01221-R-1 that correspond to the dimpled holes in the F-01224-R-1 per figure 2. Taped over the holes attaching the F-01241 to the F-01224-R-1 and to the baggage ribs. per same figure. Then riveted F-01221-R-1, F-01222-R-1, and the F-01223-R-1 to F-01204D-1 and F-01224-R-1 using the rivets called out in the same figure. Riveted the F-01241's to F-01224-R-1, F-01221-R-1, and F-01222-R-1 per page 21iS/U02 figure 2 using CS4-4 rivets.
Rivet 4 each K1000-08D to F-01221-R-1 & -L-1 and F-01224-R-1 & -L-1 using AN426AD3-3.5 rivets. Riveted two each F-12102B's to the F-01223-R-1 & -L-1 using LP4-3 rivets.
Separated F-1206B into -L & -R parts, filed and deburred. Filed the rear stub spar rounded ends of both wings to fit the recessed machined curve of the F-1206C per figure 4 page 21iS/U-03. Riveted F-1206B-L & -R and F-1206C to the F-01206A-1 using the rivets called out in figure 4 same page.
Dimpled #30 and #40 the holes in the top flange of the F-01206A-1 except the ends shown in figure 4. Riveted two K1000-08D nutplates using AN426AD3-3 rivets to the top flange of F-01206A-1. Riveted ES-00301 tie wrap clip using two NAS1149FN432P washers and an LP4-5 rivet. Dimpled #40 the nutplate attach holes in the top flange of F-1206G-L & -R per figure 5 same page and then riveted 3 each K1000-08D nutplates with AN426AD3-3 rivets to the F-1206G-L & -R.
F-1206D - 1 of them defective and reordered.
