Created four F-01241 by cutting 25.4mm lengths of UHMW Plastic Bar per Figure 1 reference page.
Aligned two each F-01241s to the F-01224-L-1 & -R-1 per figure 2 same page. Match drilled #30 the F-01241's using the F-01224-L-1 & -R-1 as guides labeling for reassembly. Countersunk all the holes in the F-01241's to ensure CS4-4 rivets would set below the surface.
Using a step drill, enlarged the #30 hole to 5/8" in the F-01224-R-1 per figure 2 same page. Dimpled the #30 and #40 holes in the F-01224-L-1 and -R-1 along the edges bordered by the dashed lines in figure 2 and around the access holes. Dimpled #30 the two holes in each F-01224-L-1 & -R-1 enclosed in the dashed line boxes in the same figure.
Riveted 10 each K1000-08D nutplates around the access holes in the F-01224-R-1 & -L-1 using 20 AN426AD3-3 rivets.
Riveted the F--1224-R-1 & -L-1 to the F-01204D-1 and F-01204F-L-1 & -R-1 using rivets call out in figure 2 same page.
