Separated F-1204P and marked F-1204P-L & -R, filed and deburred and then dimpled #30 the holes as shown in Figure 1 reference page. Separated F-1204T and marked F-1204T-L & -R, filed and deburred per Figure 2 same page. Separated F-1204U and marked F-1204U-L & -R, filed and deburred per Figure 3 same page. Bent the ends of the bottom flanges of F-1204U-L & -R up to fit the inside radius of the F-01204-1 channel as shown in Figure 4 & Figure 5 same page.
Prepped 8 CR3213-4-5 CherryMAX rivets by hammering gentlly the mandrel to allow so oil in and then closed them back up. Rriveted the F-1204T-L and the F-1204U-L to the F-01204-1 as shown in Figure 5 same page and then repeated for the F-1204T-R and the F-1204U-R to the F-01204-1.
Riveted the F-1204P-L & -R to the F-01204-1 per figure 1 page 20iS/U-05 using LP4-3 rivets. Then riveted the bottom 8 holes of the F-01204F-L-1 & -R-1 to the F-01204-1 per the callout same page using AN470AD4-4 rivets. Cleco'ed the F-01204D-1 to the F-01204-1 except at the F-01204F-L-1 & -R-1. Cleco'ed both F-01204J, F-01204G-L & -R, F-01205A-1, and two F-01205B-1 to the F-01204-1 assembly per Figure 1 and Figure 2 same page. Clamped the F-01204G-L & -R to the F-01204-1 using a C Clamp and a small block of wood.
Final drilled #30 the F-01204G-L & -R in four places using the F-01204-1 and the F-01204F-L-1 & -R-1 as a guide. Removed the wood and C Clamp. Installed cleco's in the new #30 holes just final drilled. Final drilled #30 the remaining holes and installed cleco's after each hole drilled. Disassembled, Cleared all chips, deburred all drilled holes and re-installed the F-01204D-1 and the F-01204-L-1 & -R-1, and the F-01204G-L & -R with cleco's.
Prepped 24 CR3213-4-8 CherryMAX rivets with oil. Riveted the F-01204D-1 and the F-01204F-L-1 & -R-1, and the F-01204G-L & -R to the F-01204-1 using the rivet call outs on page 20iS/U-06 including 24 CR3213-4-8, 30 AN426AD4-9, and 38 AN470AD4-8 rivets.
