Cleco'ed together the A-1203 Spar, A-1204-L & -R Outbd Nose Ribs, A-909 Aileron Counterbalance, and A-1201C-R Outbd Nose Skin as shown in figure 1 page 18-03.
Match drilled #30 the most outboard hole and most inboard hole of the A-1201C-R Outbd Nose Skin into the A-909 Aileron Counterbalance per figure 1 same page. Uncleco'ed everything and deburred the holes drilled. Riveted the A-1204-L & -R Outbd Nose Ribs to the aileron counterbalance as shown in figure 2 same page.
Cleco'ed the A-1204-L & -R Outbd Nose Ribs/A-909 Aileron Counterbalance subassembly to the A-1203 Spar. Cleco the A-1201C-R Outbd Nose Skin to the spar and outbd nose ribs per figure 3 same page.
Match drilled #30 the holes of the A-1201C-R Outbd Nose Skin into the A-909 Aileron Counterbalance per figure 3 same page. Match drilled #30 the holes of the outbd nose skin into the upper flanges of the A-1204-L & -R Outbd Nose Ribs per same figure. Remove cleco's from the #40 holes and final drill the #40 holes to #30 per same figure. Uncleco'ed everything and deburred.
Deburred the edges of the A-1210-L Inbd Nose Rib, cleco'ed the A-1208 Bracket to the inbd nose rib as shown in figure 2 page 18-04 and riveted the A-1208 Bracket to the A-1210-L Inbd Nose Rib per same figure. A-1203 Spar was pre-drilled for the A-1207 and A-1206 so I skipped steps 4, 5, 6, and 7 on page 18-04. Deburred all edges of the A-1204 Outbd Nose Ribs and the A-1205 Main Ribs. Deburred all skin edges. Primed all interior parts with Valspar Zinc Phosphate Primer.
Riveted the A-1207-R Actuation Bracket Outboard Row, A-1206 Pivot Brackets and the A-1203 Spar together using rivets in figure 1 page 18-05. Cleco'ed 10 A-1205 Main Ribs to the A-1203 Spar leaving the 5th rib from the inboard end and the most outboard main rib off. Riveted the main ribs to the spar using LP4-3 per figure 1 same page.
