Brief Description: Complete Left Main Ribs and Most Left Nose Ribs
Cleco'ed the Left Rear Spar Assembly to the aft flanges of the W-1210 Main Ribs as shown in Figure 3 page 15-04.
Match drilled #30 the hole locations in the aft flanges of the main rib as shown in Figure 3 same page. Removed cleco's and deburred. Cleco'ed then riveted the Left Rear Spar Assembly to the aft flanges of the W-1210 Main Ribs per figure 4 same page using 36 LP4-3 rivets and 4 LP4-4 rivets.
Starting Outboard, cleco'ed then riveted 5 Aft Trimmed W-1208-R Nose Ribs to the W-1206-L Spar Assembly using LP4-3 with the manufactured head on the nose rib per figure 1 page 15-05.
Cleco'ed then riveted an unmodified to the next inboard attach angle and the W-1206-L Spar Assembly, then an untrimmed with nose rib with two nutplates and then another unmodified per the same figure.
Cleco'ed then riveted 4 Fwd Trimmed W-1208-R Nose Ribs to the next 4 inboard attach angles and the W-1206-L Spar Assembly.
Cleco'ed then riveted the Fwd Trimmed W-1208-L Nose Rib to the W-1206-L Spar Assembly and attach angle.
Cleco'ed then riveted the Fwd and Aft Trimmed W-1208-R Nose Rib with the attached nutplates to the attach angle.
Cleco'ed then riveted the Left Stub Spar Assembly to the forward flanges of the W-1208-L and W-1208-R Nose Ribs per figure 1 same page.
Inserted SB375-4 Snap Bushings into 14 location on the W-1208 Nose Ribs per figure 1 same page.
Dimpled the holes in the upper flanges of the nose ribs as indicated in figure 1 for the wing walk doubler.
