Dimple the rivet holes in one untrimmed W-1208-R Nose Rib for the forward nutplate as shown in figure 5 page 15-02. Final drill #19 the center nutplate hole. Dimple and installed the K1000-08 nutplate on the rib using 2 AN426AD3-3.5 Rivets.

Fluted and Straightend all of the W-1210 Main Rib Flanges

Trimmed the Forward Flange as shown in Figure 1 page 15-03 of 6 W-1210-L Main Ribs.

Trimmed the Forward Flange of all 13 W-1210-R Main Ribs as shown in figure 1 same page.

Cleco'ed the W-1210B-L Rib Doubler to one trimmed W-1210-L Main Rib as shown in figure 2 same page. Match drilled #30 the trimmed main rib using the rib doubler as a drill guide, uncleco'ed and deburred.

Cleco'ed the W-1210B-R Doubler to one of the W-1210-R Main Ribs. Match drilled #30 the main rib using the rib doubler as a drill guide. Removed and deburred.

On two W-1210-R Main Rib's, cleco'ed them one at a time to the W-1216 Hinge Bracket Assembly and W-1216B-L Hinge Rib. Match drilled #30 as shown in figure 3 same page. Removed cleco's and deburred.

On one of the Fwd Trimmed W-1210-L Main Ribs and one unmodified left main rib, cleco'ed each to a W-1216 Hinge Bracket Assembly and W-1216-R Hinge Rib. Match drilled #30 as shown in figure 3 same page. Removed cleco's and deburred.

Rivet the W-1210B-L Rib Doubler to the match-drilled W-1210-L Main Rib per figure 4 same page using LP4-3 rivets.

Rivet the W-1210B-R Rib Doubler to the match-drilled W-1210-R Main Rib per figure 4 same page using LP4-3 rivets.

Set the W-1206-R aside and put the W-1206-L on the bench flanges facing up. Starting Outboard cleco'ed then riveted 1 W-1210-R Main Rib to the furthest outboard attach angle per figure 1 page 15-04. Then cleco'ed and riveted the W-1210-R which was match drilled to the W-1216B-L Hinge Rib to the next inboard attach angle per the same figure. All using LP4-3 rivets.
