Cleco'ed the MS21051 Drill Template to the aft-most hole in the VS-1213 and Match Drilled #40 the holes into the VS-1213 per figure 2 reference page. Then repeated for opposite side aft-most hole.
Cleco'ed the K1000 Drill Template to the remaining #30 holes in the VS-1213, then match drilled #40 the holes into the VS-1213 as shown in figure 2 same page. Repeated for opposite side.
Machine Countersunk all the #40 holes just match-drilled for AN426AD3 rivets per figure 2 same page.
Final Drilled #27 all holes and machine-countersunk all #30 holes in the VS-1213 per figure 2.
Riveted the 2 MS21051L06 nutplates 1 each to each aft-most hole in the VS-1213 using 2 each AN426AD3-4 rivets.
Riveted 10 K1000-06 nutplates to the VS-1213 using 2 each AN426AD3-4 rivets.
Final-drilled #27 all the holes in the VS-1201 main skin above the VS-1205 Tip Rib per figure 3 same page.
