Brief Description: Routing Pull Strings for Control Cables and Static
Hooked the J-stiffener of the F-1280-L & -R Left and Right Side Skins into the notches of the F-1208, F-1209, and F-1210 Frames. Cleco'ed the left and right side skins to the existing structure per figure 1 page 10iS/U-08.
Routed a string from the forward end of the existing structure, through the center of each frame, to the F-1211 Assembly. Routed the String out of the stabilator control cable cutout and back into the other stabilator control cable cut out then back as shown in Figure 1 page 10iS/U-08. Returning the end of the string to the forward end of the existing structure. Taped the ends to the inside of the bottom skins and labeled the tape Stabilator Control Cable.
Routed the WH-P30-1-R1 Trim Wires through the snap bushing in the F-1211 assembly ailigning the red band of heat shrink around the trim wires with the snap bushing per Figure 2 page 11-09.
Routed the trim wires inside the J-stiffener "hook" of the F-1281-L Lower Left Skin to the forward edge of the existing structure. At each hole in the F-1281-L Lower Left Skin J-Stiffener aft of the F-1208 Frame secured the Trip Wires using a plastic tie wrap. Forward of the F-1208 frame, left the tie wraps loose for future step routing. Coiled remaining trim wires and secured the coil to the inside of the lower left skin with tape and labeled tape Trip Wires.
