Brief Description:  Continue fitting canopy frame

Continue fitting the canopy frame to fuselage. Drilled splice plate C-614 to frame, drilled holes in frame angles through skin, drilled holes in tabs on hinge brackets, all a number of steps and fittings according to instructions p. 9-4. Everything deburred, forward holes of frame for split plate countersunk, splice plate zinc-chromated on inside surfaces.

Canopy skin and upper forward fuselage gap is now about 1/8", larger than specified 1/32", but this gap changes with each step of the process, and VAF posters say it will change yet more. Can easily be filled/covered with fiberglass in final step.
