-Swagged the lug onto the end of the 4awg main bus feed wire. I drilled a new hole in the right gear tower below the c/b panel and one through the right console cover to route the line. -Fabricated a standoff to connect the main bus feed to the copper c/b main bus bar and installed -Disconnected all of the c/b wires to facilitate organized routing/bundling. As part of that I drilled another new hole in the right gear tower to allow the wires going forward in the airplane to exit from the respective c/bs in an cleaner manner. This gives me 2 places to route wires fwd from the c/b panel and the wires that transit the c/b panel can go out the top hole and the power feeds from the c/bs out the bottom. -Started bundling and connecting the wires back to the respective breakers. About half way done with this step.
My $12 terminal tool worked great!
Started with this mess
Ended with this. To be fair there are several more wires to connect, but it's much more orderly.
