Finished up mounting the D60. Pretty easy. I drilled 4 holes (#40) to accomodate the rivets that attach the rack to the panel itself. I didn't rivet it on yet as it is easier to work with on the bench with it off. Once I cut out the other openings, such as the wemac hole, I can start riveting things on.
I also had to trip off the left and right flanges (dynon says this is fine in their instructions) so my AFS would fit. The top and bottom flanges are where the rivets will go.
