Installed the infinity stick grip that I purchased for the front office (the passenger gets a Ray Allen cheapo grip - sorry). I spent some of the time scratching my head on how it all fit together, etc. A major issue was the hole where the wires come out. Some folks say they have done the analysis and it weakens the stick to the point where a 160 lb pull would break it. Those same folks recommend welding a thick washer to the hole to reinforce that area. I went ahead and drille a 3/8 hole for the wire and decided that I would have a washer put on later if I thought it was prudent. The infinity comes with 'ok' instructions. I actually installed the grip twice because the drawing showed the grip as 3.5 " to the top of the stick so I installed it based on that, but the note says "drawing almost to scale" well I ended up 3/4" too high so I trimmed it back to an inch and redrilled the mounting hole and cut a new slot. It is a cool piece of hardware though!
