Countersinking was the theme this morning. -C/S for 3/32 flush rivets the holes in the top of F804. -Drilled out the 1/8 holes to #27 (plans didn't call for that but those #6 screws won't fit any other way). -C/S for #6 screw (#27 c/s bit). Sydney came out to help before school - cool! -C/S the bottom of F805 for double flush 3/32" rivets.For this I set the microstop alittle lower to make a deeper c/s so the shop head are truely flush with the bottom of F805. - worked great. -Cleaned and deburred the parts. -Started riveting the assembly together but had to stop short to see Syd off to school.
