Brief Description:  Flap rigging

Since I had the flap travel worked out it was time to figure out where neutral was. I used the jig I had made per the plans and added a refinement
-I mounted the left aileron to the wing
-The jig that shows neutra on the aileron trailing edge is a piece of 1" aluminum angle that is drilled precisely for the tooling holes in the end rib with lines that parallel the tip of the aileron when it's neutral. I drilled a hole and taped for a 5/16" bolt in the end so that with the aileron up in position I could run a bolt into the open end of the aileron and trap it at neutral. Seemed like an elegant solution to me...
-I was really close on the left flap, it is only slightly high - a couple turns on the rod ends and I'm set. Then I can locate and install the flap fairings! Oh yeah, gotta do the right side too :)
