Brief Description:  Cowling #7

-Test fit the cowling with everything cleco'd before I permanately attach it. The pins took some 'technique' to get them in around the firewall. I had Mary thump the corners while I reached through the oil door to insert the pins.
-Once I was satisfied I removed everything and scuffed with 36 grit and cleaned with acetone
-Mixed up some epoxy and flox and put a between the hinges and fiberglass and cleco'd the hinges back on. Sydney helped me cleco it real fast before the epoxy started to set.
-Put the cowl back on the airplane with the hinge pins like normal to allow the expoxy to cure as it would be in place.

Next I will remove the cowl and rivet the hinges onto the fiberglass around the fuselage except for the very top skin which stays off for now.
