Brief Description:  Smoke oil tank install #1 and panel repaint

Spent 2 hrs working though how I was going to secure the smoke oil tank aft of the aft baggage compartment between the middle (aux) longerons. I believe I have a good solution. Because of the sump on the bottom of the tank and how the metal straps that came with it are oriented, I will have it turned sideways. I had some 1/8" thick 1"x1" angle laying around that I will use in conjunction with the straps that came with the tank and I will bolt these to the middle longerons. I should be plenty strong. Assuming a full tank is approximately 60lbs at 6 Gs it would need to be strong enough to hold 360lbs.

I also repainted the instrument panel now that I have the holes drilled and final fitment on the AFS3500.
