-Fitted the doubler that I cut out and drilled from the previous sessions along with the w/s and noticed that I had too much extra material on the side of the w/s so I marked a long and trimmed it out. That's when I noticed that I had the doubler cleco'd one hole off and it wasn't in need of a trim after all - rats and no .032 to be had. I reached out to Mike and Greg and neither had .032 but after speaking to Mike we thought I could use the .025 I had on hand and it wouldn't make any real material difference. -I cut out and roughly fit a rib that will help reinforce the bottom of the doubler as it sticks out into the baggage door hole. -Cut out a new doubler using the old one as a template. -Match drilled it using the original doubler. -Fitted it and it looks great. -Match drilled it to the baggage door hinge support bracket. -Layed out the new skin that will lay out over the doubler -Cut in out and trimmed to fit using the band saw and the bench 3M wheel I'm happy.
