Switched gears and went back to the baggage door mod this morning. -I had previously cut out the doubler, but I needed to trim it more. -Deburred it on the 3M wheel -Match drilled the new doubler using the old one as a template -Cut the stock doubler where it joins the new doubler -Cleco'd the pieces into place.
I'm looking at it with the w/s in place I may trim the doubler again to retain more of the baggage door. We'll see.
