-Drilled the holes in the subpanel for the screwholes to #40 -Match drilled the subpanel the angle (lower attach) and the switch panel (upper attach) -Drilled these holes out to #19 for #8 screws -Disassembed and deburred the holes -Drilled the attach angle and switch panel for K1000-8 nutplates -Deburred the nutplates holes -Edge deburred the parts -Dimpled the nutplates holes -Scuffed and primed the 3 pieces (angle, subpanel, switch panel)
