This was fun! -Riveted the 12 nutplates onto the left and right subpanels of the instrument panel. -Riveted the attach flange to the subpanels. Using the instrument panel to align them per the plans (one screw hole lower so you can access the rivets) -Cleco'd it into the airplane - gladly. Note the plans say to leave the panel 1 screw hole lower between the subpanels for now.
Nutplates are in - I love putting in nutplates - really!
Wow I am loosing my hair - her I am squeezing the attafch flange to subpanel rivets.
Relieved the slot slightly in both L/R subpanels to accept the top longeron and it fit perfect!
