Brief Description:  Rear throttle quadrant install #7

My buddy Greg set me up with #30 pop rivet dimple dies so I was able to dimple the armrest for the rivets to attach the nylon friction plates. I got that done and then counter sunk (with deburring tool) the nylon to accept the dimples. Then I cleco'd the nylon strips on and started to flush rivet it and in fact set one rivet and realised the plans call for blind rivets (makes more sense because the big 1/8" rivets weren't too happy with the nylon). I drilled out the one I sat and went back to CS4-4 blind rivets. I'm still not happy with the action of the rear throttle - it hangs alittle due to flexing that goes on with lever. I am going to try and radious the edges of the lever alittle so it don't grab the edges so abruptly and hopefully that will smooth it out.
