Brief Description: Control System Installation #11
Fabricated a thicker shim for the forward control column mount. This one of out extra material I had from not using the fuel tank cover plates that use float type fuel level indicators. It's approximately .060 thick. Installed it and the binding has been totally elliminated. I then installed the control sticks, the F839 push rod that goes inside the control column and bolted it to the sticks.
Shim laid out on the fuel tank end plate and below- done.
