Well it is true that if you are banging your forehead on the wall it's best to quit or move on to something else. I literally walked out into the garage this morning on the way in after feeding the horses, I had an early work meeting and could really work on the plane, and installed the bolt in the left side in :12 minutes!!!! I worked over 2 hrs on that yesterday!! Of course, the nutplate removal and reinstallation from yesterday did take alot of the time. The floor boards arent installed, so next session I'll put everything back in and try to re-install the flap weldment, but I think I have the 'combination' now!
Got it - sans the floorboard, hopefully that won't be an issue.
