Drilled out the #8 screw holes on each skin. Also drilled out the bolt access hole with the Unibit (4 in all). Then I deburred the holes and edges of the skins. I rolled the edge of the F850 where it laps with the bottom of the fuselage. Then it was scuffing, dimpling, and priming....eat, sleep, repeat! I also countersunk the holes on the fwd and aft crossmember on the fwd fuselage per the plans - this is where the skins attach along withe firewall and lower longerons. Riveting these on will likely take a partner, but I'll have to see.
