Brief Description:  Aft Fuselage Assembly #2

Up at 5am -ish again and since it's the fourth of July I'm off today!

Recall I had a part (F800) that wasn't match drilled on one flange. That part is cut up to make 5 different brackets. I called Van's on Monday and Gus sent one right out and I got it before the holiday weekend -THANKS GUS!!! Great customer service as normal from Van's. So I cut it into the 5 different parts per the plans and deburred.
-Then I match drilled the F810 and F811 to thier respective bulkheads and the deburred and scuffed them for priming (it was raining so I had to do that later in the day).
-Deburred and smoothed the edges on the Lower longerons. Used the 3M wheel as they are huge.
-Also deburred the F857C seat belt brackets
-Final drilled #12 the seat belt brackets to the lower longerons.
-Deburred the aft fuselage side and bottom skins (that was a job!).
-Spent :30 re arranging the shop to accomodate what is about to be a much longer fuselage - very exciting!!!
-Cleco'd the lower and mid longerons to the aft side skins.
-Cleco'd the F807 back into place in the mid-fuselage assembly
-Cleco'd and matchdrilled F818L/R to F807.

-Later that evening I primed the F810 bulkhead and F810C bracket, F811C, and the seat belt brackets (F857s).
It was a Good day!
