This morning I did the bend on the right mid fuselage side skin per the plans. I'm not that happy with how the angle leaves an impression on the skin as it tries to break at the location when twisting. We'll see how it looks once I have everything cleco'd together.
I then cleco'd the seat rib assembly to the center section per the plans and cut a 1 10/32" hole in the right outboard seat rib bulkhead to accomdate rear seat ventilation.
I need to cut the same hole in the right F-823-1 mid fuselage skin, but I can't seem to find where the hole should go on the plans.
Bending the right hand mid fuselage skin.
Drilling the seat braces to the seat rib assembly - used a 12" bit to get clearance on center section.
