Trimmed the opening in the doubler just like the bulkhead from the previous set. I then sanded it down to my satisfaction. I did have to go back and remove alittle more material once I clamped the bulkhead and the doubler together the doubler hole was slightly smaller - makes sense because I traced the line from the bulkhead which yields a slightly smaller hole than the original.
Good progress. Next step is to match drill the doubler and the bulkhead along with the nutplates that will screw the door closed and the hinge. Too fun!
