Brief Description: Fuselage Forward Sub Structure #3
Got alot done on Saturday. Sydney came out part of the time and help, which is always fun. - Cleco'd the stiffners to the fwd baggage floor and match drilled
-Drilled out all of the nutplate holes in the above parts
-Cleco'd and match drilled the F-866D mounting plate (took awhile to find it as it was in a bag of parts). This is where the toe brake lines will go after leaving the reservoirs.
-Cleco'd and match drilled the Upper and lower fwd baggage bulkheads to the gear tower assembly.
-Deburred everything
-Dimpled all of the holes that required it per the plans.
-Machine countersunk the 3 rivet holes on the F-866D
-Primed everything (except the upper fwd baggag bulkhead which is going to be modified for instrument panel access).
Clecoing the aft side of the baggage compartment into place.
Sydney is deburring some of the baggage compartment holes.
