Slow progress this morning. The plans called for installing the the 8 bolts in each WD812 plus the 5 bolts in each corner angle (leave out the 2 on each that is marked on the plans - I screwed that up too and had to take them back out). I torqued all of the AN3 to 40 in/lbs per the ac handbook. It took awhile because of the locknuts. 32 bolts total. Note - a 3/16" reamer is important to get good fitment of AN3 (3/16") bolts and there are lots of them throughout the aircraft.
Also, make sure you look at the drawings carefully, see photo #2 for the perfect rivet that I get to drill out because that's where the mid span brace goes - the instructions are good but not perfect.
Next I deburred (edges only) the mid cabin braces (L/R) L-878 that bolts and rivets on to the towers.

Not the circled rivet - this is the one you need to leave open for the brace -duh!
