-The front of the gear tower the plans refers to as the Landing Gear Box Web. Due to my modification it is now in three pieces. The lower web (primed in photo one) gets bolts on with the gear bolt weldments which is why it is primed as it will be under the steel bracket. The middle part of the box web is the removable cover that screws on with #8 screws and the top piece rivets on with AN4 rivets.
-Cleco'd the box web on both the left and right towers (since mine is modified I cleco'd the top and bottom plates and screwed on the cover plate). I then riveted the top section on (the bottom bolts and the center part (the cover plate) screws on. Did both left and right towers.
Here the top and bottom part of the front web are cleco'd on.
