-Per the plans I placed the door in position and taped it down. I isn't laying fluse along the tighter part of the radius so I'm not sure how I'm going to address that at this point. I'm moving forward to see if assemblying it further helps or hurts. -Per the plans I started to rivet the inner skin with it in position on the airplane - what a pain! Laying on my back with my junky worn out pop rivet gun. I got several rivets in before giving up and declaring a new rivet gun is in order. While at the hardware store I got the std cabinet lock - hopefully it'll work in this application.
