This morning I finalized the location of the left flap hinge at the wing attach point and the flap attach point. I match drilled the hinge to the wing and did part of the flap before I ran out of time. Good progress and no issue thus far.
Note the piano hinge at the bottom of the skin clamped in preparation for match drilling.
Drilling the wing side of the flap hinge (yes it's cold and my heater is on order).
Match drilling the flap side of the hinge to the flap using the skin (like the wing) as the guide.
