Finished up reinstalling the fuel tanks this morning. Lots of fasteners! I loosely put the Z bracket bolts in and then I loosely put all of the screws in starting at the leading edge (top side) and working down and then working inboard along the spar flange. Fitment came out just like before except for alittle extra "pillowing" on the top of the right wing at the leading edge which I am not going to sweat right now (build on). I used orange torque lock on all of the Z brackets mostly so I know they were torqued.
Loosely bolting the Z brackets to the spar.
Carefully using the cordless drill to start the tank screws.
Torqueing the Z bracket bolts to 30in lbs (25 for the AN3 fastner and 5 lbs for the drag on nutplate.
