Brief Description: Fitting wing skins - left wing #2
Up early this morning again to try and finish the left wing skins. I cleco'd the top skins on with no issues after I altered the jig. I ran into issue with the bottom skins. Seems the rear spar holes didn't line up at all. After getting on the internet and looking for anyone else who had this problem, I returned to the garage to see what happened. I couldn't understand how the top skins would be perfect and the rear way off. I finally unclamped the wing from the jig and everything fell into alignment. Apparently I had out of wack. I will finish cleco'ing the skins and go back and re-pumb and square everthing up. I ran out of time before work, but I only need another :15 to finish up.
