Up before work this morning. I match-drilled the left elevator attache doublers to the spar, match-drilled the counter-balance ribs to each other and then the spar. Also filed and fitted the counter-wieght to fit into the sub-structure per the plans and match-drilled. Also, match-drilled the root rib to the spar. Next step is to "break" the left elevator skin and then fit to the substructure and match-drill. I used alot of lubricant and a slow drill speed to drill through the lead weight. Also I used a rasp to quickly radius the counter-weight.
