Brief Description: Deburred Elevator Skins and Stiffners
Up at 5am and worked to deburr the holes in both elevator skins and all the stiffners. Everything went well until I saw that somehow two of the stiffners had an extra hole on each end! Urrgh! I realise after much contemplation that I must have turned then around 180 degrees when I match drilled them to the skins and since these are the ribs that actually require you to drill a hole vs bore an exist hole to #40, I didn't realise the mistake until I had them off for deburring! See next episode for the fix. My first goof!

First blunder! Note the extra holes in the ends. Got in a hurry and cleco'd the stiffner in backwards!
