My order from Aircraft Spruce came in which included .125 6061T6 aluminum 2'x2' plate that I will use to fabricate rudder pedal extensions al la Randy Levold's. I layed out the dimensions on cardboard and then transfered that to the metal. Cut out the pieces on the bandsaw and finished them on the 3M wheel. I bent them to 40 degrees on the vice with a deadblow hammer. Looking good so far, probably another 1.5 and they'll be finished.
